B&F Solutions Inc began in 2013 as a consulting firm, but the roots go much deeper. Founder Bryan Schwass entered the manufacturing world in 1992, starting in shipping and receiving, before moving into logistics, and eventually operations – all related to enclosure manufacturing. Starting on the shop floor and working his way up gave Bryan a hands-on understanding of fabrication, assembly, integration, and daily operations – the kind of real-world knowledge that drives B&F Solutions Inc today.

The landing of a large contract in 2017, created an opportunity for growth. Bryan was able to purchase the equipment he needed to expand consultation to include manufacturing. This was a pivotal move and since then B & F Solutions has remained a lean operating business with a small core team and a flexible network of contractors that enables overhead costs to remain as low as possible. Specialized services like fabrication, finishing, engineering and design are accessed on a project-by-project basis.

Just-in-time inventory practices further support efficiency and cost control, allowing the company to stay competitive without compromising quality.
