B&F Solutions Inc. was founded by Bryan Schwass, whose manufacturing experience began in 1992 in the enclosure manufacturing industry.

Starting in shipping and receiving, Bryan moved through logistics and eventually into operations. Working his way through the business gave him a practical understanding of fabrication, assembly, integration and day-to-day manufacturing operations — experience that continues to shape how B&F approaches projects today.

Rather than looking at a project from only one perspective, Bryan understands how design decisions affect manufacturing, how fabrication choices affect assembly and finishing, and how the pieces ultimately need to come together to produce a reliable finished product.

From Consulting to Manufacturing

B&F Solutions began in 2013 as a consulting company focused on helping clients solve manufacturing and operational challenges.

A significant contract in 2017 created the opportunity to expand the business. Bryan invested in the equipment required to move beyond consultation and into manufacturing, establishing the foundation for the B&F Solutions of today.

That evolution allowed B&F to combine practical manufacturing experience with hands-on production capability — supporting clients from initial consultation and design through fabrication and finishing.
